Pair of crash bars for Royal Enfield Himalayan 450.

Material

Made from 25mm diameter rigid mild steel tubing, with impact resistance and strength of 1.6 and 2mm wall thickness.

Cold rolled (CR) tubes are used for high strength and durability to resist impact during abrasion.

All nuts and bolts are grade 304 stainless steel.

MIG (Metal Inert Gas) welding and TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding technology are used to connect crucial parts for great strength as a result.

Hex key - 5,6 and 8mm

Ratchet wrench - 13 and 16 and tubular wrench number 14.

Grid sandblasting technology was used prior to the powder coating process for a uniform finish.
