MATERIAL

Constructed from 25.4mm thick rigid mild steel tubing, with the highest wall thickness in its class at 2mm.
Cold Rolled (CR) tubes are used to ensure high strength and durability that can withstand impacts during abrasion.
All nuts and bolts are 304 stainless steel to ensure no rust.
MIG welding technology is used to connect crucial parts for greater strength.
Sandblasting technology is used before the powder coating process for a uniform finish.
Automated CNC machines are used to bend the tubes to ensure accuracy and the formation of the impact shield.
PRODUCT DESIGN AND APPEARANCE

High quality rigid material used to design the shock absorber to withstand any unfortunate accident.
Equipped with 2 sliders, 1 on each side to protect the tank, handlebars and front of the bodywork.

Allen key – 8mm and 6mm
Wrench – 13 n.
