The filter is made with 4 layers of DNA cotton, metallic mesh, EVA gaskets, and elastomeric polyurethane. Clean every 30,000-50,000 km or sooner in dusty conditions, using the DNA reconditioning kit. Do not use compressed air or aggressive solvents.
